Did not have the food but it looked good and plenty of people were eating, Good selection of alcoholic drinks and priced great, I got 5 x pints for around £20. Good entertainment and plenty of novelty decor.
Well worth a visit - service is something to be desired for, I think the barmaid was in a bad mood when I came- Price per person

Been meaning to try the carvery here for years. Finally had one today, very fresh and well cooked vegetables the beef melted in your mouth. It's help yourself and it's served between 11.45am - 16.00.. Also dogs welcome.

Sixth time staying at Southview but never eaten at the boathouse until tonight for my sisters birthday. 5 adult meals, one child's meal, sides, drinks and starters and couldn't fault any of it. Service was super quick from bar staff and waiters, staff were also really friendly and couldn't be anymore helpful. Prices were also really reasonable for size of the meals. Ordered using the Parkdean Resort app which made it even easier to see what was available and what wasn't. 5/5More reviews+12

1st time going in here was packed on a Saturday in September, we didn't have food but from looking at other people's plates it looked nice and fresh, will be going back in a few weeks to have a carvey, the views were lovley in there and the staff were friendly

Excellent carvery. Yorkies not too big as you get in most places. Nice friendly staff. Although did take a while to get served. Deffo coming back again.
Absolutely amazing, we came as a group of 8 and were seated in about 10-15 minutes. Cannot fault the staff at all. The price of the carvery was around £8 which for the quality is so good, easily the best carvery I’ve had probably ever. We live up in the North East and plan on coming down again just for a carvery. Amazing. Keep it up!

Beautiful Sunday carvery! The beef was so tender and a great selection of vegetables. Wonderful price. My ONLY compkaint was that I couldn't eat it it all lol. I will recommend this place. We have had breakfast here on another occasion and that was great too. Well done to all the hard working staff. See you next season.

3 of us went for a Sunday Carvery and it was Outstanding. When I went up to fetch the Carverys the chef was perfect and the waitress I would like to thank so much she helped me bring the plates to the table outside. Also the price is reasonable as well and another point about the waitress she left the table with a smile and was thanked by all 3 of us who went for the carvery.

The food was hot and tasty, took a while to cook, but totally worth it. Good value as well.
The largest selection of beer, drinks on the coast, lovely people, great food, karaoke, great view of the sea, very affordable an excellent experience if I may.
Best pub in Skeg by far. No, make that the country. You simply won't find cheaper beer or food of this quality elsewhere. But most of all is how friendly everyone is. An absolute crime if the character of this wonderful place ever changes.
